Abd al-Rahman al-Shaghouri is a veruy influential figure, because he has proposed a model of Islam that has attracted many Muslim and Converts. He proposes adhesion to the law through understanding that comes only together with spiritual development. He has been appreciated by scholars in all the Muslim world, and is considered a spiritual master by many in the West. This is why Wikipedia needs a page about him.
